Controller
Robert Half Danvers
We are in search of a Controller to oversee our accounting functions in Danvers, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be expected to review accounting standards, analyze financial reports, ensure tax compliance, and manage budgeting and forecasting processes.
You will also work closely with our external CPA firm. This role is within the telecom provider industry and promises an exciting opportunity for the right candidate.
Responsibilities- Oversee all accounting functions to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Analyze financial reports and present findings to senior management
- Drive tax compliance, working with internal teams and external agencies as needed
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, aligning with company goals and objectives
- Work with external CPA firm on audits and other financial matters
- Utilize accounting software systems and ERP solutions to automate and streamline processes
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions
- Ensure compliance with DCAA regulations
- Implement and manage ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems
- Conduct internal audits to ensure financial operations are transparent and compliant. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
- Experience with ADP - Financial Services
- Familiarity with DCAA regulations
- Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
- Ability to implement and manage ERP Solutions
- Solid knowledge of Accounting Functions
- Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Auditing skills
- Experience in managing Budget Processes
