Position Details: Datrose is seeking a Forklift Operator / Material Handler for a one-year contract position with a possibility of being temp to hire.

Location: East Rochester, NYWork Hours: 8 Hour Day Shift

Monday-Friday (occasional overtime may be required).Pay Rate: $19.00/hr Who We're Looking For: Candidates with Forklift experience to work in an industrial/warehouse environment.

Warehouse skills should include picking stock, using handheld scanners, loading and unloading materials.
A team player, with good communication skills and a mind for safety.
What to Expect as a Forklift Operator:
-Perform various manual activities under minimal/direct supervision-Picking stock-Light manufacturing-Building pallets for shipment-Loading and unloading materials-Ordering, storing and delivering supplies
-Using hand scanners-Heavy lifting up to 70 lbs.
-Work in a fast-paced environment Qualifications for Success:

-High School Diploma or GED/HSE OR 1 yr of warehouse experience required-Fork Truck License preferred-Need steel toe safety shoes-Basic mathematic skills-Prior Warehouse/Dock experience-Detail oriented with time management skills-Must have knowledge of Microsoft office, specifically Word and basic Excel and Outlook-SAP knowledge is preferred
