Facilities Associate Principal (Building Enclosure/Structural Restoration)
What You'll Do:
- Consulting services for the built environment including, but not limited to, specialized building enclosure and/or structural testing, building enclosure and/or structural consulting, forensic investigations, property condition assessments, and design of repairs to existing structures
- Primary responsibilities include providing technical expertise and supporting Facilities staff within the region
- Responsibilities also include performing the following:
- Overseeing projects
- Performing technical report reviews
- Preparing and reviewing proposals
- Business development and assisting other staff in marketing our services by maintaining and developing client interactions
- Leading and coaching junior staff members
- Performing responsibilities at regional level
What We're Looking For:
- BS or MS in Civil Engineering Architecture (NCARB), Civil (Structural) Engineering, or Architectural Engineering preferred
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- Licensed or certified as at least one of the following
- Professional Engineer (P.E.), Registered Architect (R.A.), International Institute of Building Enclosure Consultants (IIBEC) offered RRC, RWC, REWC, RBEC, CBECxP, University of Wisconsin‐Madison offered BECxP and CxA+BE
