Business Development Representative

You will also be tasked with implementing outbound calling strategies, including cold calling, and managing a sales pipeline. This role offers an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced tech startup environment.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize CRM tools like Salesforce to identify and qualify potential buyers across the country.
• Implement an effective outbound calling strategy, which includes making over 80 cold calls per day.
• Consistently follow up with leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
• Manage a healthy sales pipeline, striking a balance between acquiring new leads and nurturing existing ones.
• Work in a collaborative office environment on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, designed to boost your success.
• Accelerate connections using tools like Dialpad power dialer.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Business Development Representative role or similar.
• Expertise in business development strategies and techniques.
• Proven ability to generate quality leads and convert them into sales.
• Experience in cold calling to engage potential clients and foster business relationships.
• Demonstrated ability in managing and growing a sales pipeline.
• Proficiency in using the Salesforce platform for business operations.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud is a desirable attribute.
• Proficiency in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems to manage customer interactions effectively.
