Customer Service Representative - Robert Half

The Customer Service Representative will be part of a team responsible for answering customer inquiries, processing customer enrollments, and maintaining accurate customer records.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to inbound customer calls, providing exceptional customer service
• Accurately enter customer data into the member portal and obtain confirmation numbers
• Assist with processing customer enrollments over the phone, following a prescribed list of questions
• Manage email correspondence efficiently, ensuring customer inquiries are addressed promptly
• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for various tasks, including running reports
• Conduct order entries and schedule appointments as needed
• Facilitate mail distribution within the office
• Maintain accurate customer credit records and take action on customer accounts as necessary
• Handle other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of the customer service team.

• Experience in corresponding via email in a timely manner
