Currently seeking a HR Manager to support the Pacific Region. The HR Manager will oversee and manager our company’s employee services/human resources functions. The ideal will be responsible for employee relations, benefits administration, performance management, and compliance with labor laws.

They will play a key role in fostering a positive workplace culture and ensuring HR best practices are followed.

The HR Manager role will report directly to the Regional president and work closely with Key Partners, Management, Senior Leadership at the brand level.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
  • Manage team of HR/Employee Services Generalist across Pacific Region
  • Oversee onboarding functions across Pacific Region including MVR, Background and Drug Screen process
  • Manage employee relations, handling grievances and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Design and execute training and development programs for employees.
  • Manage and oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll processes.
  • Monitor employee performance and implement performance management systems.
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that promotes engagement and productivity.
  • Maintain HR records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Act as a key point of contact between management and employees.

Experience/Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • years of experience in an HR role (preferably in a managerial capacity).
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software (ADP, iCIMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Role is Hybrid – Candidate must live in Los Angeles County or Orange County. Must be able to travel between locations Souther California

Physical Demands:

  • Stand/Sit: Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time

  • Must be able to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying, pushing

PAY TRANSPARENCY:

The annual pay opportunity for this role ranges between $90K and $100K. The actual pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.

We provide a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO). A candidate’s salary history will not be used in compensation decisions.
