Accounting Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Execute accounting functions with proficiency, ensuring financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Utilize accounting software systems to manage and analyze financial data.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
• Employ the use of ADP - Financial Services for efficient financial management.
• Operate Ceridian and Concur systems for enhanced financial operations.
• Implement ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for streamlined business processes.
• Conduct auditing activities to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
• Perform billing functions, keeping track of invoices and payments.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis. • Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is a must
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required
• Familiarity with Ceridian software is necessary
• Concur software skills are highly desirable
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is essential
• Ability to perform various Accounting Functions is expected
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is required
• Knowledge of Accounts Receivable (AR) is important
• Auditing skills are necessary for this role
• Experience with Billing Functions is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory
