Payroll Specialist

This role is vital to maintain the smooth operations of our workforce, which consists of more than 600 employees.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of payroll for hourly and salary employees
• Utilize accounting software systems such as ADP, Oracle, Paycom etc to manage payroll functions
• Assist with accounts payable duties as necessary
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee records
• Manage process for bi-weekly payroll
• Handle backend payroll operations effectively
• Collaborate with the team for payroll projects
• Resolve any payroll-related inquiries in a timely and detail-oriented manner
• Oversee and ensure the accuracy of benefit functions.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is mandatory for accurate data entry and management
• Familiarity with payroll software is required for efficient time tracking and payroll calculations
• Comprehensive understanding of Accounting Functions is vital for maintaining financial accuracy and integrity
• Capability to manage Benefit Functions is crucial for ensuring employee benefits are accurately accounted for in payroll
• Experience with Payroll software is necessary for streamlined payroll and HR management
• Ability to handle Payroll for over 500 Employees is essential for maintaining large-scale payroll operations
• Expertise in Payroll Functions is crucial for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing
• Ability to Process Bi-weekly Payroll is required to ensure consistent and regular salary disbursement to employees
