Patient Care Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier healthcare professionals
• Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
• Conduct comprehensive assessments of candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit
• Build and nurture strong relationships with potential candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Ensure compliance with all applicable hiring regulations, company policies, and industry standards
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
• Work closely with team members to streamline the hiring process and maintain efficient communication channels
• Promote our healthcare organization within the medical community
• Participate in job fairs, conferences, and other relevant events to enhance our employer branding presence
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific requirements and devise targeted recruitment plans.
• Proficient in Spanish language and translation
• Experience in healthcare or a medical environment preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle sensitive patient information with confidentiality
• Knowledge of health insurance and medical billing procedures
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficient in using medical software and computer systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed
• High school diploma or equivalent required, higher education in a related field is a plus
• Certification in healthcare administration or patient care coordination is preferred.
