Sr. Financial Analyst

As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will handle complex assignments, liaise with management, and work collaboratively with all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and provide valuable insights
• Prepare annual budgets and conduct monthly budget reviews
• Coordinate with other finance team members and management to review financial information and forecasts
• Research and resolve inquiries related to assigned functional areas
• Handle complex assignments independently and autonomously
• Summarize information, data, and recommendations, and prepare presentation materials
• Apply federal and state regulatory and licensing requirements, as well as organizational rules and regulations, to all assigned projects
• Use a range of relevant business systems, including Confluence, CRM, Crystal Reports, and data mining techniques
• Perform tasks related to accounting functions, auditing, budget processes, and capital management
• Routinely communicate with supervisors relating to issues and deliverables. • Extensive knowledge of business systems is required.
• Proficiency in Confluence is expected.
• Experience with CRM is necessary.
• Familiarity with Crystal Reports is beneficial.
• Proficiency in data mining techniques is needed.
• Knowledge of the software 'About Time' is crucial.
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting functions is required.
• Prior experience in auditing is necessary.
