Job Description
Core responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager:
- Manage a diverse set of commercial projects, ranging from small-scale renovations to large-scale ground-up construction
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client
- Create and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines
- Accurately estimate costs and resources
- Track progress and adjust plans as necessary
- Ensure all projects are completed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as with industry standards and best practices
- Understand building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Communicate regulatory requirements effectively to all stakeholders
- Hire, train, and manage project staff
- Motivate and inspire team members
- Provide feedback, guidance, and support to team members when needed
- Ensure the success of each project from start to finish
- Demonstrate technical expertise, management skills, and interpersonal skills
- Maintain a deep commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction
