Job Description

Core responsibilities of the Senior Project Manager:

  • Manage a diverse set of commercial projects, ranging from small-scale renovations to large-scale ground-up construction
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of the client
  • Create and manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines
  • Accurately estimate costs and resources
  • Track progress and adjust plans as necessary
  • Ensure all projects are completed in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as with industry standards and best practices
  • Understand building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
  • Communicate regulatory requirements effectively to all stakeholders
  • Hire, train, and manage project staff
  • Motivate and inspire team members
  • Provide feedback, guidance, and support to team members when needed
  • Ensure the success of each project from start to finish
  • Demonstrate technical expertise, management skills, and interpersonal skills
  • Maintain a deep commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction
