Job Description
The Process Engineer will report directly into the Engineering Manager and be responsible for:
- Develop and refine manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure consistent product quality.
- Identify and implement improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to increase operational performance.
- Incorporate sustainable practices into manufacturing processes, minimizing environmental impact.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to production equipment, materials, and processes.
- Work closely with R&D, quality assurance, and production teams to develop and scale new manufacturing methods.
- Manage process development projects, including equipment installation, testing, and validation.
- Create and maintain detailed process documentation, including work instructions, flow diagrams, and process parameters.
- Ensure all processes meet regulatory standards, safety guidelines, and company policies.

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related engineering field.
- 3-5 years in a manufacturing environment, preferably in renewable energy or related industries.
- Proficiency in process simulation and CAD software.
- Knowledge of manufacturing technologies such as automation, robotics, and advanced materials.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, evolving industry.
- A competitive salary range of approximately $100,000 - $120,000 based on qualifications and experience.
