Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for creating and maintaining a positive organizational culture that aligns with the company’s values and business goals.
Design and oversee employee engagement programs, including learning, wellness, employee development and recognition.

Provides leadership to drive a high-performance culture through guidance and direction on critical human resource activities including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, investigations, and terminations.

Lead internal communication efforts to ensure transparency, foster a sense of community, and keep employees informed and aligned with the company’s mission and values.

Collaborates regularly with Executives and Company Leaders on employee relations, training, and development, recruiting, and HR analytics to enhance organization, prioritization and communication of objectives and outcomes.

Supervisory Responsibilities

Manages and responsible for Human Resources Manager and their subordinate employees. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising
