How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and employees with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries in both English and Spanish (or Portuguese).
  • Manage appointment scheduling and calendar coordination for the team.
  • Maintain the front desk and reception area, keeping it neat and welcoming.
  • Sort and distribute mail and packages.
  • Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and office tasks.
  • Order office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Assist in other administrative or operational tasks as needed.
  • Ensure a positive experience for all guests and staff members.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish or Portuguese required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Professional phone and in-person etiquette.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a busy environment.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Friendly, approachable demeanor and a positive attitude.
