Location Services Specialist

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Location Services Specialist in Chicago, Illinois. The role primarily focuses on administrative and hospitality tasks, ensuring the efficient functioning of the office. The Location Services Specialist will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and well-maintained office environment and interact with various internal and external stakeholders.

• Assist in the handling, setup, and cleaning of catered meals.
• Maintain coffee areas and dishwashers, and set up afternoon snacks.
• Undertake administrative tasks including front desk responsibilities.
• Execute small scale office activities to ensure the office runs efficiently.
• Interact with building management, vendors, internal clients, external clients, and other support services team members.
• Collaborate with the Location Services Manager or Supervisor to maintain a safe, well-maintained, and clean office environment.
• Ensure the office equipment and supplies including furniture, phones, security cards, and supplies are maintained.
• Actively contribute to the firm culture through participation in internal and client-facing activities.
• Utilize strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, to interact with diverse audiences.
• Leverage intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
• Demonstrate strong grammar and proofreading knowledge and experience.
• Manage multiple tasks and projects effectively. • Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service
• Proficiency in using 'About Time' software
• Experience in Workstation Support
• Knowledge of Security protocols and procedures
• Experience in dealing with Vendors
• Excellent Time Management skills
• Ability to Execute tasks efficiently
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
• Strong Proofreading skills
• Experience in Scale Out operations
• Must be Punctual and reliable
• Familiarity with 'Mindset Software'
• Ability to perform Dishwashing tasks when required
• Experience in QA Management
• Knowledge of Support Services
• Ability to manage Snacks inventory in the office
• Experience in handling Tear tasks
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
