We are seeking highly motivated, results-driven sales pros for new and used vehicles. In this position, you will walk with clients through the entire sales process, from inquiry to ownership. Along the way, your stellar attitude and customer service skills will not only help close the sale, but secure customers for life.

Job Responsibilities- Monitor and respond to all Internet leads
- Set the appointment and meet your prospective buyer
- Understand and implement dealership sales process
- Own every aspect of the sales process (from new client prospecting to vehicle delivery)
- Present and demonstrate inventory
- Prepare and review monthly plans with sales leadership
- Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
- Sales experience in a similar environment and expertise with internet lead generation would be highly advantageous
- Ability to engage with customers with phone, text and video
- Ability to respond to customers with complete information, to answer the customer's inquiry or question with concise and thourough details
- Reiterate how the Don McGill process saves the customer time an makes their buying experince easier
- To ensure every lead is relevant to the customer's need, stage and stated request
