Rollout Project Manager

Our client, a prestigious firm in the architecture industry, is seeking a highly skilled Rollout Project Manager to join their team. The Rollout Project Manager will report to a Managing Director or Studio Director and will be responsible for overseeing the rollout of architectural projects, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Monitoring: Track project progress, manage aged accounts, oversee invoicing, and handle budget management.
• Design and Development: Generate architectural design concepts and manage the development of project drawings.
• Coordination: Interface with interior design, site planning, and engineering teams to develop and execute architectural design concepts.
• Client Relations: Build, maintain, and manage strong client relationships to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
• Leadership: Oversee the work of project leaders, project captains, and designers, ensuring that projects are coordinated and delivered efficiently.
• Quality Control: Function as a designer when necessary to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget, maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Educational Background: Bachelors or masters degree in architecture.
• Experience: 10-20 years of experience in architectural project management, with a focus on rollout projects.
• Licensure: Licensure in architecture is preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, MS Word, and MS Excel.
• Knowledge: Working knowledge of construction documents and building codes.
• Attributes: Strong leadership skills, highly organized, detail-driven, and able to meet deadlines while providing high-quality service to clients.
