Database Analyst

• Manage the collection of data from diverse sources such as databases, APIs, and third-party tools
• Ensure the accuracy and consistency of data by cleaning, preprocessing, and validating it
• Utilize various statistical methods, tools, and techniques to analyze data and uncover significant trends and patterns
• Identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics that align with business objectives
• Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to effectively communicate data insights to stakeholders
• Leverage tools like Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms to communicate findings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to comprehend their data needs and challenges and provide solutions
• Provide recommendations based on data-driven insights to enhance processes and outcomes
• Uphold compliance with organizational and regulatory data privacy standards
• Maintain and manage data documentation and workflows for future reference • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools is required.
• Familiarity with various Database Objects and their functions is essential.
• Ability to comprehend and work with different Database Systems.
• Experience with DB2 Database is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in various Microsoft tools and applications is necessary.
• Prior experience with AB Testing is a plus.
• Knowledge of different Backup Technologies is required.
• Solid background in Business Intelligence (BI) is highly desirable.
• Ability to create and manage Dashboards efficiently.
