Responsibilities- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share
- Build and manage a high-performing sales and marketing team, including hiring, training, and performance management
- Collaborate with the executive team to define product pricing and positioning strategies
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them
- Analyze sales and marketing metrics to track performance and optimize strategies
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Stay abreast of market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth
