Floor Tech
Overview:
Lorien Bulle Rock is looking to hire a Floor Tech to join our existing cleaning staff. As a Floor Technician, you are a vital part of our Environmental Services team, providing daily care to our building all while making sure our residents live in an clean and safe environment.
Full Time Benefits- Starting at $16.00 / hour

Responsibilities:
- Provide daily floor care services
- Clean common areas- bathrooms, lobby, and additional shared spaces
- Gather and take out garbage
- Restock supplies and put away inventory orders
- Utilize equipment to scrub and polish flooring, as well as shampoo carpets
- Adhere to strict safety & health requirements
- Trash collection
Qualifications:
- Full Time Hours
- Schedule: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
- Every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday)
