Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Property Administrator to support the operations of a well-established property management company. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to property managers, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the portfolio.
  • Act as a liaison between tenants, vendors, and property management teams, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain accurate property records, including lease agreements, tenant files, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial reports, and other property management documentation.
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair requests, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
  • Process invoices, track expenses, and manage accounts payable/receivable for assigned properties.
  • Schedule property inspections, meetings, and other necessary appointments.
  • Support tenant onboarding and move-out processes, including documentation and key management.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within property management or real estate.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio, MRI).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and stakeholders.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of lease agreements, property regulations, and compliance standards is a plus.
