We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will handle customer interactions through inbound and outbound calls, manage customer enrollments, and handle repeat order opportunities. Your responsibilities will also include maintaining and updating customer records in our systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a detail oriented manner
  • Handle new customer enrollments and manage repeat order opportunities

  • Exceptional customer service skills, including a customer-first mindset and the ability to resolve complaints professionally.
  • Accurate data entry skills, with attention to detail and a high level of organization.
  • Ability to manage email correspondence, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
  • Experience with both inbound and outbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data manipulation and analysis.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, with the ability to create, edit, and format documents efficiently.
  • Knowledge of order entry systems, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to schedule appointments, managing multiple calendars and prioritizing effectively.
