Location: Harrisburg, PA

This position provides desktop and end-user support, servicing approximately 4000 users. The role involves supporting the daily operations of various bureaus within the headquarters. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to work independently, in team environments, and possess advanced proficiency in a variety of IT platforms and technologies.

Additionally, the role requires resolution of incident tickets and collaboration with other IT teams and vendors, including direct user support.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in ServiceNow or asset management systems
• Expert knowledge of Windows OS and O365 products
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of hardware such as desktops, printers, scanners, and video equipment
• Experience with software installation, patching, and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with imaging workstations using MDT and/or SCCM
• Ability to lift and transport boxes/equipment
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Knowledge of VPN setup, support, and installation
• Ability to resolve technical issues with users remotely or over the phone
• Understanding of Active Directory users and privileges
• Experience with wireless workstation setup and support
• Ability to think and act under pressure
