Business Analyst - Middleton

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst in the Insurance industry. This role will be based in Middleton, Wisconsin, and will follow a hybrid work model. You will be expected to gather requirements, perform testing, and contribute to the team culture.

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements in the insurance industry
• Conducting AB testing and API testing to ensure the functionality and efficiency of business processes
• Utilizing Atlassian Jira, CRM, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word to manage and document business processes and requirements
• Performing gap analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Contributing to an Agile Scrum environment, helping to enhance team culture
• Using your knowledge of business process functions and claim administration to support and improve business operations
• Creating and maintaining Business Requirement Documents to ensure clear communication of requirements and expectations
• Leveraging skills in business analysis and requirements gathering to contribute to the development and implementation of business solutions
• Ensuring all activities are in compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst role within the insurance industry
• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and CRM systems
• Proven experience in conducting Gap Analysis
• Competence in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Familiarity with AB Testing methodologies
• Understanding of Agile Scrum framework
• Knowledge of Business Process Functions
• Ability to prepare Business Requirement Documents
• Experience in Claim Administration
• Proficiency in using JIRA for project management
• Experience in API Testing
• Solid background in Business Analysis
• Proven experience in Gathering and Documenting Requirements
• Familiarity with Requirements Gathering process.
