We are seeking a Part Time Front Desk Coordinator for our office located in Bridgewater, New Jersey. This role will involve administrative duties across multiple departments, this position offers a short-term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Handle the multi-line phone system, ensuring all calls are answered promptly and directed to the appropriate department.
• Offer administrative assistance to various departments, supporting with various tasks as needed.
• Maintain an organized filing system, ensuring all documents are easily accessible and up to date.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook to manage and update customer data and correspondence.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, resolving any inquiries or issues that arise.
• Process data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring all customer information is current and accurate.
• Use Microsoft Teams for internal communication and coordination.
• Monitor and maintain the office facilities, ensuring a clean and productive work environment.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or related field
• Proficiency in Administrative Assistance tasks and duties
• Experience in Answering Multi-Line Phone System
• Demonstrated skill in Customer Service
• Proficiency in Data Entry tasks
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Teams
• Experience in Organizing Files and related tasks
• Ability to manage Multi-line Phone Systems effectively
