Responsibilities:

Manage online hotel reservations through various booking platforms
Provide excellent customer service to guests seeking information or assistance with their reservations
Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely booking information
Handle cancellations, modifications, and special requests from guests
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel amenities, services, and promotions

Qualifications:

Previous experience in a customer service role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of hotel reservation systems is a plus
