Key Responsibilities:

• Assembly and Production: Assemble parts, components, or products according to instructions, specifications, or blueprints. Operate tools and machinery, if applicable.
• Adherence to Time Standards: Keep pace with the conveyor belt and production schedule, ensuring parts or products are assembled within the allocated timeframes.
• Quality Control: Inspect and ensure the quality of each component or product. Report any defects or issues to the supervisor.
• Safety: Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective equipment (PPE) as required. Report any unsafe conditions to management immediately.
• Packaging and Shipping: In some roles, packaging completed products and preparing them for shipment may also be part of the job.
• Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and organized workspace. Clean tools, machinery, and equipment as necessary.
• Record Keeping: May involve tracking production numbers, entering data into systems, or reporting progress and challenges to team leaders.
• Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow.
