Markon is looking for an Administrative Support Assistant to support an intelligence customer
Responsibilities:
- Engages in a diverse set of Task Order-specific tasks covering a broad set of administrative capabilities.
- Answers phones and greets visitors. Schedules appointments and maintains calendars.
- Schedules and coordinates staff and other meetings.
- Collates and distributes mail and prepares communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence as requested.
- Writes and edits memos, letters, and other miscellaneous documents as requested.
- Creates and maintains filing systems (electronic and physical). Manages office Inventory and ensures the regular supply of office materials.
- Sets up appointments, distributes reports, and manages coordination and correspondence between internal and external bodies.
- Manages miscellaneous data in spreadsheets (e.g.., Microsoft Excel).
- Operates office equipment including printers, copiers, fax machines, and multimedia instruments.
- May travel off-site on one or more occasions to deliver classified or unclassified reports or files to other internal or external bodies.
Qualifications:
- Must have at least Highschool diploma plus twelve (12) years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree plus eight (8) years of experience.
- Must have strong experience with Outlook calendar management, multi-tasking, and Front Office presence with this organization.
- Excellent communication skills
- Active TS/SCI FS Poly Security Clearance
Salary Range: USD $100,000.00 - USD $126,000.00 /Yr.
The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
