Customer Service Representative

This role is instrumental in maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as supporting the sales team.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of processing customer credit applications.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately maintain and monitor client information and transactions, updating records as necessary.
• Support the sales team by providing administrative assistance and facilitating the sales process.
• Carry out research as needed to resolve customer problems and keep sales executives informed of client concerns and issues.
• Review client portfolios and prepare summary reports for executive review.
• Communicate the status of projects to relevant personnel.
• Handle inbound calls and email correspondence with clients, providing them with information and resolving their problems.
• Schedule appointments as required and follow up on all paperwork and sales.
• Perform miscellaneous duties as necessary to support colleagues and ensure smooth office operations. • Proficiency in answering inbound calls, ensuring customer queries are resolved in a timely and efficient manner
• Demonstrated ability in delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on maintaining positive customer relationships
• Proven experience in data entry, requiring attention to detail and accuracy
• Competency in email correspondence, with the ability to draft, review, and respond to customer inquiries professionally
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively, ensuring smooth operations and minimal scheduling conflicts.
