Civil Site Development Project Manager / PE

Pay: $115K - $135K Permanent Position with Benefits.

A growing full service civil & environmental engineering consulting firm is seeking to hire a Site Development Project Manager in the Columbus office to plan and manage projects for our Site Development Client Service Group.

Projects may include master planning and site development, site evaluation and feasibility studies, site utilities and stormwater management, detailed design and construction documents, and bidding and construction phase services.

This position will provide both technical and client management project leadership.

Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Landscape Architecture, or related field.
Certifications: PE, AICP, or other relevant certification
Experience: 10+ years
Supervisory Experience: 4+ years

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and computer aided design and other industry-based software is required.

Analytical and creative thinking.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills in a team-oriented environment.

Exceptional presentation and communication skills.

Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
