Job Description
The Project Executive will be responsible for:
- Client experience and satisfaction
- Financial performance of project
- Project performance, including schedule, quality, safety, and budget control
- Team performance
- Project risk assessment and management
- Responsible for the client and assigned project(s), and our performance of those projects from preconstruction through post-construction.
- Build and maintain relations with existing and prospective clients.
- Frequent and direct contact with the client, ensuring that the completed project meets all requirements necessary to satisfy the client and fulfill the contract.
- Develop project goals and monitor program and project performance.
- Ensure that project milestones and goals are met and are adhering to company standards.
- Lead the project teams and direct external consultants, enforce project requirements and compliance with laws and regulations, troubleshoot problems, and ensure job site safety
- Perform necessary administrative activities associated with projects and corporate functions, submitting appropriate reports timely, clearly, and accurately.
- Lead, develop, motivate, and mentor team members to ensure the team's and projects' success.
- Tactfully resolve escalated issues that could arise from operations and require coordination with other departments.
- Identify and assess risks and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.

The Successful Applicant
The Project Executive will have:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- 10-15+ years of building and project management experience
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3-5 years supervisory experience (Senior Project Manager)
- LEED AP certification preferred
- Solid technical knowledge, business acumen, industry knowledge and standards/trends
- Strong ability to read and understand plans and specifications, comprehensive knowledge of commercial construction means, methods and best practices and related systems
- Proven ability to work on a team, motivate and manage people.
- Exceptional leadership and team development skills
- Familiarity/experience working with project management software, including Primavera P6, Procore, Bluebeam, and Sage
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving ability
- Strategic mindset
- High emotional intelligence
- Extremely detail-oriented and accurate
- Strong sales and presentation skills
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written
- Demonstrated mastery of project financials and success in project profitability
- Proficient in preconstruction, estimating, scheduling, cost controls, and reporting
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Ability to manage risk throughout entirety of the project
- Desire to put the company, project, and team ahead of their own self-interests and accomplishments

- $140,000-$180,000 base salary (DOE)
