The Marketing Strategist collaborates closely with sales, account management, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with the company's mission and revenue goals. Key Responsibilities-Marketing Strategy Development-Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to promote the firm's services, including our carrier partners, wellness enhancements, and other employee benefits offerings.-Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and client needs.-Define and manage the marketing budget to optimize ROI.-Brand Management-Maintain and enhance the company's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all platforms and materials.-Develop messaging strategies that communicate the firm's value proposition to target audiences.-Content Creation & Campaigns-Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, email campaigns, blogs, social media content, and videos.-Plan and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, print advertising, and events.-Digital Marketing-Manage the company's online presence, including website content, SEO, SEM, and social media platforms.-Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and other KPIs to refine digital strategies.-Lead Generation-Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute lead generation strategies.-Event Planning & Sponsorships-Coordinate and manage participation in industry events, conferences, and trade shows.-Organize webinars, seminars, and client appreciation events to engage prospects and current clients.-Stakeholder Collaboration-Work closely with internal teams to align marketing strategies with sales and service objectives.-Serve as the primary liaison with external agencies, vendors, and media partners.-Performance Analytics-Track and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.-Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to innovate and improve marketing efforts.
