Accountant - Entry Level

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Entry Level Accountant in Miami, Florida. The role primarily involves managing accounting functions, processing accounting entries, and using various accounting software systems in an industry that requires precision and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency
• Utilize various Accounting Software Systems to maintain and update customer credit records
• Conduct Account Analysis to ensure the accuracy of accounting entries and account reconciliations
• Resolve customer inquiries related to their accounts in a timely manner
• Utilize ERP Solutions for efficient processing of accounting functions
• Handle Account Reconciliation tasks to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and ensure all payments are made on time
• Use Adobe Acrobat for document management and information sharing
• Work with Dynamics NAV for enterprise resource planning and management
• Ensure account coding is accurate and follows industry standards. • Proficiency in Account Coding is essential for this role.
• Familiarity with Accounting Software Systems is required.
• Proficiency in using Adobe Acrobat is necessary.
• Prior experience with Dynamics NAV is highly desirable.
• Understanding of ERP Solutions is a must.
• Ability to perform Account Analysis is essential.
• Experience in executing Accounting Entries is required.
• Familiarity with Accounting Functions is a prerequisite.
• Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is necessary.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is highly desirable.
