Facilities Technician
LINQM continues to grow and has the ability to add a Facilities Technician to the team. The role is responsible for conducting routine inspections. Also, will be carrying out repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery and equipment.
The right candidate will have experience working in facilities and maintenance including: HVAC system experience, Electrical system experience, Steam boiler system experience and Compressed air system experience. Must have Universal refrigerant license required.Past experience reading and working with blueprints, sketches, layouts, wiring diagrams, drawings and specifications.
The role: Troubleshooting and diagnosing failures, preventative maintenance, working to optimize quality. Performing all checks including on-call and weekend work orders focusing on more complex employee moves, office set ups and changes for meetings, events, and conferences with high customer satisfaction while adhering to company standards.Performing predictive maintenance inspection of critical facilities systems to detect abnormalities and prevent premature system failures and performing general repairs and maintenance in all the following: carpentry, plumbing, painting, electrical systems, in plant or office facilities with the ability to perform complex repairs in two or more specialties.
