Program Manager

Robert Half is seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to lead the end-to-end management of multiple projects from development through implementation and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leveraging data to inform strategic decision-making, working closely with senior executives, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful program delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Manage two distinct projects: one from development through implementation and maintenance, and the other through implementation and maintenance phases.
- Oversee the complete lifecycle of each project, ensuring milestones are met and objectives are achieved on time.
Data-Driven Decision Making:
- Leverage data to build models that inform strategic recommendations for program enhancements and course corrections.
- Collect and analyze data throughout the program’s lifecycle to refine processes and optimize outcomes.
Executive Collaboration:
- Work closely with senior executives to present, refine, and secure approval on the recommended approaches and strategies.
- Facilitate discussions and ensure alignment between executive goals and project deliverables.
Implementation & Communication Plans:
- Develop and execute comprehensive implementation and communication plans to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration to ensure smooth transitions during program launches and vendor onboarding.
Cross-functional Coordination:
- Partner with internal teams from various departments to ensure successful implementation and seamless onboarding of new vendors.
- Coordinate efforts between departments to align project goals with organizational objectives.
Post-launch Success:
- Monitor program performance post-launch, ensuring it remains within budget and achieves targeted outcomes.
- Collect and analyze performance data to continually refine the program, making adjustments as needed to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in program/project management, ideally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to leverage data for strategic decision-making.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and leading multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience working with senior executives.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong budget management and financial oversight capabilities.
