Within Operations, we are growing our Digital Inside Sales (DIS) team. Our groundbreaking approach to sales brings clients the right combination of trusted technical sellers and innovative technology, powered by data and insights.
Senior Inside Sales Executive- Nurture a high volume of accounts; upsell, cross-sell, and activate existing and new accounts.
- Own end-to-end sales responsibility (0-100%) for pipeline origination, progression, closure, and post-close account management.
- Retain and grow revenue within accounts.
- Develop an understanding of partners’ business goals and translate data into actionable insights.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to maintain and grow relationships.
- Track, analyze, and communicate key business metrics and trends to leadership.
- Capture and qualify inbound and net-new leads, ensuring smooth validation and pipeline progression.
- Prepare and deliver digital presentations to clients for seamless sales handoff and closure.
- Foster sales growth by collaborating with the team to accelerate opportunities and enhance product knowledge.
- Develop targeted sales strategies to optimize opportunity conversion.
- Create training content to support team development.
- Establish and maintain an accurate, robust pipeline within the client CRM
