We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Customer Service Operations Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Operations Representative ensures seamless communication between Customer Service and Operations. Handle shipping-related inquiries and help drive customer satisfaction by ensuring orders are processed efficiently and accurately.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison between Customer Service and Operations, managing cases related to order shipments and inventory allocation.
- Provide order updates, expedite requests, and process changes or cancellations as needed.
- Oversee shipping funnels assigned by customer service agents, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
- Determine the best shipping method based on customer needs and company lead times.
- Troubleshoot and resolve basic customer service issues, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience.
- Collaborate with sales, sourcing, and operations teams to manage large project orders and meet customer delivery expectations.
- Identify shipping errors and communicate with the quality department to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist the Customer Support Team as required based on staffing needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or a call center; experience in shipping or logistics is a plus but not essential.
- This position is a fully onsite role.
- A team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to handle order and shipping challenges.
- The ability to work independently while staying proactive and motivated.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A friendly and professional phone presence with a customer-first attitude.
