In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our accounting operations, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports while playing an essential part in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closings. • Guide the accounting team and oversee daily operations
• Produce monthly financial statements and analysis in collaboration with the Controller
• Prepare and review various types of journal entries, including those for accruals, depreciation, prepaid expenses, and payroll
• Reconcile and review Balance Sheet accounts on a monthly basis
• Review the work of Accounting Assistants, including journal entries and AP/AR postings
• Research and address financial discrepancies to ensure accuracy
• Aid in the preparation of schedules for quarterly financial reviews with management
• Support the creation of financial statements, reports, forecasts, and budgets
• Ensure the final monthly trial balance and supporting schedules are accurate.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably as a Senior Accountant or Assistant Accounting Manager.
• Demonstrated proficiency in account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and bank reconciliations.
• Extensive experience with General Ledger management and Journal Entries.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to create and manage complex spreadsheets.
• Experience in the month-end close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Familiarity with accounting software such as NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP is essential.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
• Detail-oriented accounting certification (such as CPA, CMA, CGA, or CA) is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for liaising with internal and external stakeholders.
