We are currently seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join a fast-paced and dynamic team at a respected law firm in Glendale, CA. This full-time, entry-level position provides critical clerical support to our team of legal professionals.
About the job:
- Start Date: 1/6/25
- Hours: 7am-3:30pm
- Pay: $21/hr.
Duties:
- Processing incoming and outgoing mail with care and precision
- Obtaining crucial records from third parties
- Efficient and accurate data entry
- Providing occasional relief for reception duties
The ideal candidate for this role is a quick learner and has at least 6 months of administrative experience in an office setting. Recent college graduates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
All applicants must be comfortable working a set schedule from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. This role demands a long-term dedication to the position and team.
