Assistant Property Manager
Randstad partners with several prominent property management companies and is seeking candidates for future opportunities as an Assistant Property Manager. Ideal candidates will have previous experience with property management, especially within affordable housing programs such as Section 8 or Low-Income Housing Tax Credit(LIHTC).
salary: $25 - $30 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Leasing of open units
- Managing collections of rents and legal notices as needed
- Conducting recertification work
- Preparing financial reports for the property manager
- Providing exceptional customer service to all residents and prospective residents
- Processing maintenance requests and coordinating unit inspections
- Performing other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- Education: Associates Degree or Higher Preferred - or equivalent education and work experience
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
- Previous supervisory experience
- Experience with property management software, such as Yardi or RealPage
- Previous experience with affordable housing programs, such as Low-Income Housing Tax Credit or Section 8 is required
- Certifications COS and C3P preferred
- Spanish fluency preferred
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Familiarity with different computer systems, such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a diverse community
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
