We are currently seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as an Administrative Assistant in Monroeville, PA. This would be a 2 month contract assignment with part time hours up to 25 hours a week. Ideal schedule would be Monday- Friday (9am-2pm).
Client is flexible with longer shifts and less days. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail. An ability to multi-task, proficient use of a computer, and a customer-service oriented attitude are necessary for success in this role.

Pay: depends on experience: $18-20.

Responsibilities:

Handle high-volume scanning duties, ensuring all documents are scanned accurately and efficiently.

Organize electronic files, maintaining a logical and easily accessible filing system.

Safeguard the security and confidentiality of company documents.

Assist with other administrative duties such as handling emails, scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and providing support to our staff members when required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Experience in answering inbound and outbound calls
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to interact professionally with clients
  • Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to handle email correspondence efficiently and professionally
  • Experience in scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
