Accounting Manager/Supervisor

This role is critical in maintaining the financial health and integrity of our operations and ensuring the accuracy of our financial transactions.

• Manage all accounting functions, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Payroll (PR), and Reporting.
• Assist the Controller with cost studies, budget preparation, and special projects.
• Supervise and train the accounting staff, ensuring they are equipped to accurately process financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a timely basis and analyze account fluctuations for unusual transactions.
• Lead the accounting month-end financial close and produce related reports.
• Monitor inventory-related activities and conduct periodic inventory counts to ensure inventory valuation is properly stated.
• Provide financial analysis support for management, including cost analysis for new product lines, margin analysis for products and customers, and other necessary analysis as requested by management.
• Manage customer credit, collection, and rebate programs.
• Maintain capital accounts, files, and reporting.
• Participate in the preparation of the annual budget.

• Proficient in Accounting Software Systems
• Knowledge of ERP Solutions
• Ability to manage Accounting Functions
• Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Proven track record in Auditing
• Proficient in Billing Functions
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field highly desired
• Proven managerial or supervisory experience in an accounting role
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
