The successful candidate will be responsible for the enterprise rollout of SonarQube, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and meet high standards of quality and effectiveness.

• Drive project timelines, manage priorities, and handle risks and issues efficiently.
• Create and communicate detailed management plans, reports, and processes.
• Define project responsibilities clearly with stakeholders and participate in resource planning and allocation.
• Analyze and develop procedures for management and technical duties.
• Maintain regular communication with all project participants, ensuring clarity on expectations, deadlines, and action items.

Qualifications:

• 9+ years of experience as a Project Manager running large software projects.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
• Proficient in project management tools and analytical, computer, and math skills.
• Moderate understanding of CI/CD platforms, preferably with experience in SonarQube Scanning.
• Preferred experience using Jira and team building skills across multiple locations.

Working Conditions:

• Hybrid work model requiring 2 days per week in the Princeton office.
• Working hours: Eastern Time, 9-5.

Interview Process:

• First round via video call.
• Second round preferably in-person in Princeton or via video call if location is prohibitive.

Contract Duration:

• Contract position until 2025, with a potential 6-month extension into 2026.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Conduct morning standups with DevOps team members.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, take notes, and set action items with platform teams.
• Create and maintain documentation for the project.
• Ensure compliance with project timelines and deliverables.
