Responsibilities

* Maintain the Loans platform.
* Interface with internal users; serve as first line of support for issues or questions.
* Provide support to Loan Closing Administration team.
* Investigate and troubleshoot problems;
* Manage relationship to software vendor.
* Manage reporting platform.
* Support & manage regulatory, risk, and audit activities.
* Propose and execute improvements to platform and processes.
* Supervise the Systems Administrator.
