Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of maintenance tasks, inspections, and repairs for equipment and facilities.
  • Keep meticulous records of maintenance activities such as work orders, schedules, and logs.
  • Liaise effectively with maintenance staff, vendors, and contractors to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment, placing orders for replacements when necessary.
  • Contribute to budget management and cost tracking for maintenance projects.
  • Generate detailed reports on maintenance activities, expenses, and equipment performance.
  • Uphold compliance with safety protocols and regulations within the maintenance department.
  • Assist in the selection and evaluation of vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair services.
  • Provide administrative support to the maintenance department through tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance-related issues and support overall facility operations. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy
  • Experience in managing email correspondence
  • Ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • High school diploma; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus
