Job Description- Lead and manage a diverse portfolio of construction projects, ensuring all phases (planning, design, procurement, construction, and closeout) are executed efficiently and according to company standards.
- Manage and mentor project teams, including assistant project managers, field supervisors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders. Foster a collaborative, solutions-oriented environment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and other key project stakeholders. Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications.
- Oversee project budgets, tracking costs, and managing resources to ensure profitability. Review and approve project estimates, change orders, and financial reports.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring on-time delivery. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to project timelines, budgets, and quality.
- Ensure projects comply with all safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual obligations. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all work meets required specifications.
- Oversee contract negotiations, change orders, and subcontractor agreements. Ensure all contractual obligations are met and documented properly.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle, finding creative solutions to maintain progress and meet client expectations.

The Successful Applicant- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Experience with Life Sciences and/or industrial warehouses is preferred
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of successfully managing diverse projects (commercial, residential, institutional, or industrial).
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, contracts, and codes
- Proficiency in project management software (Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project, etc.)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- PMP, LEED AP, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
