Attorney/Lawyer

An established plaintiff employment and personal injury firm in Sherman Oaks is seeking a 2+ year Litigation Attorney to support their team. This position is 5 days on site.

Responsibilities of Role:

• Manage case load of 30+ plaintiff employment and personal injury matters
• Discovery
• Law & motion
• Court appearances
• Take and defend depositions
• Opportunity to 2nd chair trials

Requirements:

1. 2+ years of civil litigation experience
2. Strong legal writer
3. Proven track record of managing own case load A-Z

Compensation:

Salary: up to $115,000 (DOE) + year-end bonus
