Miami - Marketing Coordinator

Company Overview:

The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing planning, email marketing, relationship building, and virtual event coordination specializing in the channel sales ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for the channel ecosystem, including email campaigns, newsletters, and online content that align with channel partner and marketing objectives.
• Distribute and nurture leads to the appropriate channel partners, ensuring alignment with sales goals and tracking performance.
• Plan and coordinate virtual events (e.g., webinars, panel discussions, podcasts, videos) with channel partners, ensuring smooth execution and strong engagement.
• Create and manage content for newsletters, partner communications, and channel portals. Ensure content is effectively distributed and meets the needs of partners.
• Oversee the management and update of content in the channel portal, ensuring it is current, accessible, and useful for partners.
• Foster strong relationships with channel partner marketing teams, offering support, resources, and guidance to help them succeed.
• Collaborate with marketing agencies (especially for Claro Spain) and marketing campaign vendors (especially for Channel marketing) to define strategies, deliver content and leads, and execute plans.
• Work closely with sales, product, and design teams to ensure that marketing strategies support channel partner objectives and sales goals.
• Monitor and report on the success of campaigns, virtual events, and partner interactions, providing actionable insights for optimization.
• Stay up to date with industry trends to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the role.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree Required

• 4-6 years 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing (email marketing, newsletters, event planning). Preferred

• Experience with LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and similar platforms is a must. Medium
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. High
• Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and preferably in internal portals. Medium
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. High
• Experience with content creation and content management systems. Medium
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. High
• Ability to build and nurture relationships with internal teams and external partners. High
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. High
• Event planning and coordination experience is a plus. Medium

• Fluency in Spanish is required. High
• Fluency in English. High
