Senior Product Designer

1. Explore data from users experience to develop the roadmap of building functional user interfaces. Leverage the range of experiences throughout every stage of the product design and development lifecycle. Synthesize behavioral information and visualize things as they might be instead of how they are.
2. Take a user-centered design approach and rapidly test and iterate designs. Develop design concepts and solutions that apply hireEZs user model, user problems, product vision, and current technology capabilities, and transform them into intuitive, consistent and easy-to-use designs for users.
3. Define the web user interface specification based on hireEZs business model and marketing strategy, including web functions, user perception, and data structure and models. Create both low fidelity wireframes, detailed storyboards, product flows, mockups, prototypes, and high fidelity design assets, and turn them into something useful and valuable for 5. Conceptualize a broad spectrum of ideas and then narrow them based on experimentation and user research. Use Figma, Adobe Xd, and Zeplin to create design deliverables for the entire user experience, including design visions and initial concepts, workflows, wireframes and polished visual comps.
4. Utilize analytical and technical skills to execute analysis of requirements, development task estimation, and adherence to functional principles. Use business requirements, market research, and customer feedback to assist in developing scenarios, use cases, and high-level requirements. Drive/own product design decisions from beginning to end. Provide support on clarifying requirements and overcoming obstacles to meet the team goals.
5. Create scalable and robust designs that integrate well with hireEZs current and future technology and system architecture. Proficient in speaking the language of developers to streamline collaboration with engineering stakeholders.

Masters degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Human-computer Interaction.
