Manufacturing Electrician - Mutiple Openings

This is a full time, direct hire role - new employees start on second shift (2 pm to 10 pm) or third shift (10 pm to 6 am). Within commuting distance of Fabius, Centreville, Flowerfield, Sturgis, Constantine, Mishawaka, and South Bend.

What You'll Do:
- Work on machines in a manufacturing/industrial environment - this is not a facilities maintenance position.
- Work on PLCs (Allen Bradley preferred) and PDF's (in collaboration with Controls Engineers).
- Work in a CNC machining environment, so experience and/or familiarity with CNC machining is strongly preferred.
- Work with PLCs, CNCs, Frequency Drives, motors, and associated circuitry.
- Troubleshoot these and other relevant circuits: 24v DC, 120v, 277v, and 480v circuits.
- Troubleshoot proximity switches, light screens and safety circuits, cables, ethernet and communication issues, motors, drives, relays, etc.
What You'll Bring:
- Licensed Electrician with a Journeymans card, OR 8+ years of direct electrician experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience with industrial machinery maintenance, electrical maintenance, including high, medium, and low voltage, 480V, 120V, down to 24-volt DC circuitry.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and collaboration skills, along with willingness to work rotating shifts, overtime, weekends, and holidays at times.
- Overtime work is alternated amongst team members and you will be paid time-and-a-half hourly pay for overtime and Saturdays, and two-time hourly pay for Sundays and holidays. Typically, two or three weekends per month are typical.
